Our grooming memberships are based on how often your dog is groomed, which directly affects the style that can be maintained. More frequent grooming's support longer, fluffier styles, while less frequent options are best for shorter, low maintenance looks.

Grooming memberships are limited. To keep membership benefits active—including discounted grooming rates, priority booking, and bonus accessories—dogs must be groomed within the scheduled time frame of their selected tier.
Each tier is based on a specific grooming interval. For example, Tier 1 requires grooming every 8 weeks. A grace period of up to 7 days is allowed to accommodate scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances. Appointments scheduled beyond the grace period may result in forfeiture of membership benefits, and the reserved membership spot may be released to another client.
Memberships are optional, flexible, and contract-free, and clients may change or discontinue their membership at any time. Consistent scheduling ensures fair availability for all members and allows us to maintain quality care, scheduling balance, and proper coat maintenance.
